Boutique Camberley firm Hartley Law earns B Corp certification
The three-strong team behind Camberley’s Hartley Law have secured B Corp certification, joining a network of businesses around the world recognised for their positive impact.
Such companies are verified to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
While there are now around 2,500 B Corps across the UK, just 15 of those are legal practices – that’s fewer than 0.2 per cent of all law firms in the country.
In adding to this number, CEO Karenjit Dhaliwal and her team are looking to overturn traditional views of the legal sector as old-fashioned, offering a ‘modern and forward thinking’ service with ‘no legal jargon, no hidden fees and no waiting around’.

“Doing good is a core element of our corporate identity”, said Karenjit.
“With this milestone achieved, the firm is embarking on a mission to further enhance its impact, striving towards an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.”
Founded in 2016, Hartley Law specialises in commercial and compliance law.
The firm counts both international luxury retailers and small businesses among its clientele, which includes the likes of Farrow & Ball and Harvey Nichols.
And this month the team are heading out on the 58 Miles Challenge to help raise vital funds and awareness for Refuge, a charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse.
