Blandy & Blandy reaccredited by Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme

Leading law firm Blandy & Blandy, which has offices in Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham, has been reaccredited as part of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).
CQS accreditation provides assurance to clients, both individuals and lenders, that a firm has achieved the Law Society’s highest standards in residential conveyancing.
Certain lenders may require firms to be a member of CQS before they are able to deal with any related mortgage.
CQS accreditation requires all firms to re-apply to the scheme every 12 months to ensure that they continue to meet the high standards required by the scheme.
Partner and head of Blandy & Blandy’s residential property team Manisha Bhula said: “I’m delighted that we’ve been successfully reaccredited under the CQS Scheme, a quality mark that we’re proud to have held for many years.
“It’s a further reflection of the hard work and dedication of our fantastic team and our commitment to providing first-rate legal services and client care.”
