Leading law firm, BDB Pitmans, has advised existing clients Strand Hanson and Oberon Investments, acting as nominated adviser and broker respectively, on the AIM IPO of Silverbullet Data Services Group (Silverbullet). The admission successfully took place on 28 June 2021.
The firm advised on the placing of shares worth £9.5 million in the company with an expected market capitalisation on admission of £34.5m.
Silverbullet is a provider of digital transformation services and products which uses a blend of artificial intelligence and human experience to assist brand owners and advertisers to optimise their digital marketing investment. With established offices in the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Australia and a recently opened office in the United States, the company aims to assist clients on a global scale.
The net proceeds of the placing are intended to accelerate Silverbullet’s growth, primarily through the roll out of its 4D product and the expansion of its existing client base.
Nick McCarthy, corporate partner at BDB Pitmans who led the team on the admission, comments: "We are currently experiencing what is arguably a generational shift in consumer behaviour towards digital media. We are delighted to have supported this transformation by securing the admission of Silverbullet, a company that will provide innovative marketing solutions to a global client base."
