Kent's Electrical Wholesale Systems expands into West Sussex with latest acquisition

Kent-based Electrical Wholesale Systems has purchased Worthing-based company Select Electrical Supplies.

This acquisition, which Electrical Wholesale Systems completed whilst trading as Regent Electrical Distributors, pushes the Kent company's reach into West Sussex.

Electrical Wholesale Systems were advised during the deal by the corporate team at Whitehead Monckton.

Director of Electrical Wholesale Systems Nick Ford said: "This is a very significant acquisition for the company as we continue our expansion plans into new areas of the South East.

"The team at WM were very thorough and highly professional supporting us to ensure the transaction went as smoothly as possible, and was completed within the timeframe we needed."

Dan Tozer, head of corporate at Whitehead Monckton, led the team overseeing the deal with the assistance of Suzan Petrosian.
