Bournemouth firm 4COM acquire Midshire Telecom on Moore Barlow advice
Bournemouth telecommunication firm 4com have closed the first acquisition in their 23 year history, with their purchase of Midshire Telecom.
Southeast law firm Moore Barlow advised the company on the deal.
The purchase of Midlands-based firm, Midshire Telecom will now see 4com expand into new markets.

The deal will see 4Com deliver new products and services, including managed IT services and Office WiFi solutions, to its customer base while introducing its business telephone networking to Midshire’s existing clients.
It has been announced that Midshire Telecom will retain its brand and operate as part of the 4Com Group of companies.
