South coast motor retailer Snows has opened a major one-stop accident centre in Southampton capable of repairing 100 cars a week.
The £1 million Snows Accident Repair Centre (SARC) has been six months in construction and is now one of the largest and most advanced body shops in England.
Fully equipped for anything from small scuff repairs to total rebuilds, the 60-bay centre at Millbrook has a state-of-the-art paint and body shop and is approved by 18 manufacturers.
Dan Bush, manager of SARC, said: “The new centre is twice the size of our previous repair centre with double the capacity and a team of 23 trained in the very latest repair technologies and product knowledge.
“We use genuine parts and factory recommended repair methods and we offer a guarantee and ensure the warranty on the vehicles we repair is protected too.
“But size and expertise aren’t our only strengths. We have built SARC completely around repair quality and the customer experience.
“Damaging your car, whether it’s through an accident or otherwise, is distressing enough without the added pressures of dealing with insurance companies and arranging a replacement vehicle.
“Snows Accident Aftercare is a new and completely free service which includes managing insurance claims from start to finish and arranging the recovery, collection and delivery of damaged vehicles and courtesy cars for the repair duration.
“SARC is much more than a bodyshop. It’s a one-stop shop for car repairs.”
SARC can be accessed through all 50 of Snows dealerships, which stretch from Portsmouth to Plymouth and Yeovil to Guildford.
