MUSE BRASSERIE, a brand new and exciting Modern European Restaurant in Cheltenham is proud to launch its vegan menu.
The exciting addition to the main menu includes dishes such as smoked tofu, ciambotto, baby leafs and balsamic oil to start, followed by vegan spinach ravioli, cherry tomatoes and basil for main course.
Business partner Limon Rahman, a restaurateur who has had stints in television programmes such as, Channel 4’s “Tips of the Restaurant Trade” and ITV’s Britain’s Best Dish, enthused:

"Although Veganism was the fastest growing culinary trend in 2018, we believe it is much more than that. We respect the positive attitude towards creating a sustainable ecosystem and would like to be part of the revolution.

"MUSE is continuously working to create new and exciting flavours for all our diners which includes adding new and innovative plant-based option for Vegans."

Located at 60 St George’s Place, adjacent to the Thai Emerald restaurant, Muse Brasserie brings together a world of innovative flavours to classic and modern European dishes under the careful eyes of award-winning chef director, Franck-Jean-Pierre Grillet and continental chef, Pramod Tirungari,  Muse, which means “inspiration”, is a reflection of Franck’s Michelin Star culinary journey, leading with a classic French theme but spices from the Indian subcontinent and Far East play a big part in adding a subtle twist to those well-known European and Local British favourites.

A modern restaurant, Muse is ideal for intimate occasions as well as large family or corporate events. So, whether it’s a leisurely lunch, a sophisticated evening dinner, or a flight through the tasting menu, Muse Brasserie is the perfect place to enjoy great food and wine in a wonderful setting.
