One of Gloucestershire’s best known hair and beauty destinations, Blushes Hair & Beauty, is opening a brand-new salon in Worcester. Set to be the third salon in Blushes Hair & Beauty’s impressive roster, the new Worcester salon will be located at 1 New Street, with  works already underway to transform the site into an 18-seater hair salon; making it one of the largest in the city. The salon opening is set to bring new job opportunities to the city, with the salon recruiting now for stylists to join the launch team.

“We’ve been looking for the perfect location to champion our expansion into a brand-new county for a while now and Worcester has always been firmly on our radar, given its thriving retail offering and vibrant culture scene,” explained Dom Blake, Marketing Director of Blushes Hair & Beauty.

Designed to emanate the same boutique feel of Blushes’ existing Cheltenham and Nailsworth salons, Blushes Worcester will seat up to 18 clients at any one time, be air-conditioned and will serve alcohol to clients who fancy a glass of bubbly or beer during their treatment. A menu of hot and soft drinks will also be available on a complimentary basis to all clients visiting the salon.

Established over 30 years ago, Blushes Hair & Beauty has multiple award-wins under its belt for both Cheltenham and Nailsworth salons. Having undergone recent changes to the organisation’s structure in 2017 which saw it step away from its Gloucester and Cirencester premises, the opening of the new Worcester salon marks the start of an exciting new era for Blushes, led by father and son team Darrell and Dom Blake.
