A new workplace wellness study has revealed that the South East of England has the highest rates of burnout and work-related stress than any other region in the UK.
The report was conducted by stress specialists at UK Saunas and uses a combination of data from Health & Safety England, the Office of National Statistics, and local Google search trends to produce its findings.
The South East of England was found to have the highest rates of work-related stress, anxiety, and depression in the UK, with Kent topping the list, and Surrey and Hampshire both appearing in the top five locations.
