The Slough branch of Metro Bank has called for donations of children’s toys, games, books and clothes to support Barnado’s Christmas Community Appeal.

Barnado’s works alongside organisations and professionals, providing a range of services to help support families with the aim of giving children the best possible start in life.

The store is accepting donations for children of all ages, which can be taken to the store on Farnham Road.

Slough Metro Bank manager, Manpreet Patel, said: “As a community bank we want to really help make Christmas extra special for the children being supported by Barnado’s.”

“We would encourage everyone to give just a little extra this Christmas and I want to thank everyone in advance for their generous support.”
