A Bristol heat Pump and Refrigeration Manufacturer has acquired B Corp certification.

For more than 30 years, Emerson's Green based Clade Engineering Systems Ltd, has been at the forefront of innovation in the heating and cooling industry, helping customers transition their systems to more sustainable, energy-efficient solutions. Specialising in commercial applications such as supermarkets, schools, hospitals and corporate buildings, Clade has deployed more than 500 natural refrigerant appliances across the UK, showcasing unmatched expertise and dedication to reducing carbon emissions.

Companies seeking to become B Corps undergo a rigorous certification process. They must complete the B Impact Assessment—a comprehensive assessment of the company’s impact on its workers, customers, community, and environment. Clade has worked hard, and will continue to go above and beyond to maintain and build on their B Corp Certification, opening new doors to decarbonisation projects and creating a sustainable future for businesses and homeowners through green heating solutions.

Based on the B Impact assessment, Clade Engineering earned an impressive score of 86.0. This score far surpasses the median of 50.9 for typical businesses.
