The Chinese owner of Sunseeker International, Dalian Wanda Group, has agreed to sell the Poole-based luxury yacht builder to American private equity company Lionheart.
Sunseeker, which announced a £40 million investment in new product development last year, has been under the ownership of the Chinese conglomerate, which is the largest shopping centre operator in the country, since 2013.
The transaction is currently undergoing regulatory approval.
