The existing senior management team of Applicable has acquired the business from NTT.
The deal will strengthen NTT’s position as an independent provider of Microsoft 365 and UC solutions available to the large enterprise market.
Applicable provides Microsoft 365 managed services to clients globally and has a depth of expertise in UC voice services, global networking, data security and change management.
Applicable will separate from NTT Ltd and run independently, continuing to focus on product development with a long-term strategic plan at the core of its operation.
