Join law firm BDB Pitmans for a webinar on health and safety tips for employers, now that their employees may be returning to work.
As employers consider a ‘Return to Work’ they must remember their statutory duties to provide a safe place of work and also general legal duties of care towards anyone who may be accessing or using their place of business.
Employers need to review and adapt their work practices and procedures in light of Government Guidelines and advice issued by the Health and Safety Executive including undertaking a COVID-19 risk assessment as soon as possible.
This webinar on August 17 from 1pm will be with Alan Davies, a partner in the firm's insurance and risk team who advises businesses on health and safety regulatory compliance issues and defence of investigations and prosecutions.
Davies will discuss employers’ obligations as they plan for and execute a safe return to work and will provide some ‘top tips’ on how to comply with their health and safety duties.
There will be the opportunity to ask questions throughout the session.

Note: this webinar will be held using Zoom and a link will be sent to you in your registration confirmation email.
