Val Buzzard, director of leading accountancy firm Whitley Stimpson, has qualified as a fully-registered trust-and-estate practitioner. She recently attained the STEP diploma in Trusts and Estates (England and Wales), which provides both an academic, and a professional qualification recognised by the industry.
Buzzard joined Whitley Stimpson 19 years ago and became the firm’s first female partner in 2001. As well as work in trusts and estates she is audit compliance director for the firm, enjoys working with charities, and provides specialist advice to international organisations setting-up in the UK and to UK organisations operating overseas.
