Legal practice Osborne Clarke has retained 92% of its 12 autumn qualifiers, with two qualifying into its Thames Valley office in Reading.
The nine other qualifiers will be based in its Bristol and London offices.
Based in the Thames Valley and qualifying into the commercial team is Matt Johnson, while Kristian Assirati will join the commercial litigation team.
James Massy-Collier, head of the Thames Valley office, commented: "In Matt and Kristian, we have two very talented and capable people. As is always the case with our trainees, it's been fantastic to witness their progression over the past two years. Congratulations to them both.”
Catherine Wolfenden, partner and training principal, said: "Our aim is to ensure each trainee achieves their full potential; we support them as individuals with the fundamentals and ensure they are motivated, developed and challenged with interesting and rewarding work.
"Trainees at Osborne Clarke are supported to enable them to have high levels of responsibility and ownership of work from the start of their time in the firm. This group of newly-qualified lawyers have excelled during their training and will be a huge addition to our lawyer ranks."
