Southampton: Paris Smith adds two solicitors to employment team

The employment team at Paris Smith LLP has grown with the addition of two new solicitors. Tabytha Cunningham and Charlotte Farrell joined the Southampton and Winchester firm as associates from another South Coast law firm, Coffin Mew LLP.

Cunningham (below, top) qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has particular experience advising employers in the care and public sectors. Farrell (below, under) qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has particular experience in the education and charity sectors. Both bring with them a wealth of experience in advising local and national businesses on all aspects of employment law and assisting clients to find practical solutions to their HR issues.  

The firm is pleased to have welcomed and maintained Farrell and Cunningham's previous job share arrangement, enabling them both to work part-time to meet their family commitments, whilst providing constant cover to clients. Farrell is available to clients Monday to Wednesday and Cunningham is available Wednesday to Friday. Previous clients have acknowledged their seamless working arrangements, allowing the firm to provide the combined experience of two solicitors for the price of one.
