Leading motor finance provider Close Brothers Motor Finance has boosted its offering in the Portsmouth and Isle of Wight area with the appointment of account manager Amy Bridges.
Bridges initially joined Close Brothers Motor Finance as a branch administrator, and it wasn’t long before senior management recognised her potential and promoted her to the sales team.
In her new role as account manager, she is responsible for maintaining and building relationships with dealers in the Portsmouth and Isle of Wight areas, and helping them grow their business.
John Cassidy, head of sales for Close Brothers Motor Finance in the south, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Amy to the sales team. From first meeting her, it was clear that she had the right attitude for the job – she’s personable, charismatic, tenacious and most of all, enthusiastic – all the qualities required in a successful sales person.
Close Brothers Motor Finance has invested in a training and development strategy that aims to retain the right people, in the right roles at the right time.
