Pitmans Law has announced that Claire Wheatley will be joining the firm in September as a London-based banking partner.
Wheatley brings with her over 30 years’ experience in corporate banking, including secured and unsecured lending, acquisition finance, project finance and capital markets, with specialist expertise in property finance. She joins Pitmans from Hill Dickinson where she was a partner for four years.
John Hutchinson, Pitmans Law managing partner, said: “We are delighted to welcome Claire to the firm. Her breadth of experience and strong relationships with national and international banks and lenders will be a great asset to our clients and team alike.”
Pitmans Law recently announced the appointment of two new partners. Donna Goldsworthy joined as a commercial litigation partner in London and Paul Brame a commercial property partner in Reading. The three hires are part of a wider recruitment drive with over 20 people recruited over the summer months.
