Blake Morgan’s family law practice has been recognised as one of the UK’s leading teams in its field.

The firm is listed as one of eprivateclient’s 2018 Top Family Law Firms, which provides a definitive guide to the UK’s leading providers of advice in areas such as child protection, family governance, pre and post-nuptial agreements, divorce and surrogacy. Law firms across the country are assessed according to ten key factors, with only 46 family client practices making the grade required for inclusion in the annual rankings.

This is the first year that Blake Morgan’s family law team have been featured in the list and complements Blake Morgan’s presence amongst eprivateclient’s Top Law Firms for three consecutive years from 2016 onwards.

Helen Bunker, divisional director of private law at Blake Morgan, said: “We understand that family issues can be complex, so we make every effort to ensure we provide clear advice with the utmost sensitivity and integrity. We pride ourselves on the close personal relationships we develop with clients, so it’s great to see the technical expertise and personal service of our family law team recognised by eprivateclient.”

Blake Morgan provides all of the traditional private client services of a top 50 law firm and takes pride in niche offerings to provide joined up advice to high net worth clients, who include business owners and entrepreneurs and their families, either as part of a wider wealth protection strategy, or to help them to deal with life's twists and turns, including the challenges thrown up by modern or "blended" families, more often than not across different jurisdictions.

The team is committed to delivering a personal service and has a solid reputation for providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of their clients. The Legal 500 directory notes "they break down complex issues into an understandable and user-friendly format", while the Chambers directory agrees "They give very clear explanations without the jargon."
