Oxford: Blake Morgan promotes 14 lawyers
Law firm Blake Morgan has promoted 14 solicitors in its Oxford office.
The promotions, from 58 announced by the wider firm, highlight the firm’s growth and the strengthening of its teams following on from the merger of Oxford law firms Blake Lapthorn and Morgan Cole earlier this year.
In Blake Morgan’s commercial team lawyer Ricky Sidhu receives promotion to senior associate, while in the commercial litigation team, Philip Collins is promoted to senior associate, Dominic Pinder becomes an associate and Ben Clark is promoted to senior solicitor.
In the construction team, David Evans is promoted from senior associate to legal director. Employment solicitor Vicky Schollar; family lawyer Cat Morgan; risk management solicitor Sophie Young; and real estate team members Cheryl McCready, Rachel Sales and Ann-Marie Dickinson, all become senior solicitors.
Keith Lancaster of the planning team is promoted to associate, along with residential conveyancing solicitors Marilyn Neptune and Jackie Waller.
Meanwhile Blake Morgan’s presence in the Thames Valley is further strengthened by the promotions of Reading-based solicitors Rajiv Joshi, who becomes a senior associate in the employment team, Rhiannon Jenkins, who is promoted to associate in the same team, and Narrinder Taggar, who becomes a senior associate in the insurance team.
