Osborne Clarke have advised the shareholders of TelcoSwitch on a private equity investment by Queen’s Park Equity (QPE) to further the company’s growth.
The deal, which is QPE’s eighth partnership investment, will allow the unified communications and compliance provider to expand its marketing and advertising campaigns, which the company hope will increase their daily users from 140,000 to 400,000 by 2024.
It follows a series of acquisitions by TelcoSwitch over the last 18 months, including OneVoice, PBX Hosting and SureVoIP.
