Jenny Williamson appointed as partner at Blake Morgan LLP

Leading law firm Blake Morgan has appointed Jenny Williamson as Partner. Jenny will work as part of the firm’s Family Practice having rejoined the firm's Southampton office.

With over 15 years’ experience, Jenny re-joins as a Partner, having previously worked as Legal Director at Blake Morgan for more than three years. Areas of expertise include assisting clients with a wide range of financial work, divorce proceedings and nuptial agreements, while also acting on child arrangement orders and care proceedings. Jenny’s specialist area of interest is 360 wealth protection.

Jenny’s performance was recognised in 2021 and 2022, when she was named as an ‘Associate to Watch’ in the Chambers and Partners UK rankings Jenny is also a ‘Rising Star’ in the Legal 500.

In joining Blake Morgan, Jenny joins a firm whose excellence has just been recognised in the Legal 500 listings. In this year’s edition, Blake Morgan secured an impressive 58 rankings, with 28 practice areas recognised in the highest ranking of ‘Tier 1’.

The latest addition to the Blake Morgan staff told TBM: “With the landmark introduction of no-fault divorce just coming into force under the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020, that introduces no-fault divorce aimed at reducing conflict between separating couples, this is pivotal time to be re-joining Blake Morgan’s Family Practice and I’m thrilled to be returning as a Partner.

"I’m looking forward to supporting our clients who need help in resolving financial matters or agreeing arrangements for children, or need help protecting and preserving their assets against future financial changes.”
