IRIS Software Group acquires myPay Solutions

IRIS Software Group (IRIS) has acquired myPay Solutions from Thomson Reuters.

The financial aspects of the deal have not been revealed.

Accountancy software firm Iris are based in Slough while, the UK operations of myPay, an online payroll processing service, are in Cheadle south of Manchester. Their main customer base is in the USA where they have customers in all fifty states. The acquisition will further open those markets to Iris Software.

Earlier this month, IRIS Software Group acquired Networx, a provider of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment software and services.

The acquisition boosts IRIS’ human capital management (HCM) offering through Networx’s integrated recruitment software, used by in-house recruitment teams and HR professionals through the talent acquisition process.
