IBB Law advised Wilderness Safari on its acquisition of entire issued share capital of Yellow Zebra Travel

Law firm IBB Law has recently advised Wilderness Safari (Wilderness Travel Cayman) on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Yellow Zebra Travel Limited.

The IBB team consisted of Adam Dowdney, Partner, and Ami Bhatt, Senior Associate in the Corporate Commercial Team and Richard Devall, Partner in the Employment Team. 

Wilderness Safari was founded in 1983 and is operating more than 50 of Africa’s premier safari camps.
