EvolutionCBS plays key role in European Raid Arrays investment

Theale-based business sale advisors EvolutionCBS have managed an investment of growth capital into Chesham’s European Raid Arrays, provider of cloud infrastructure-as-a-service solutions, by Rockpool Investments.

ERA provides both public and private cloud environments to the post-production, visual effects and broadcast media sectors with virtual workstations, storage-as-a-service, workflow applications, connectivity and cloud archiving solutions among the services they offer.

Rockpools, a private equity firm, is supporting ERA’s existing management team with additional growth capital to widen the services offered. The transaction value remains undisclosed.
