Downing makes Bristol expansion with multi-storey carpark acquisition

Real estate developer Downing has made its first acquisition in Bristol with the purchase of a multi-storey carpark in the city centre.
NCP's Nelson Street Car Park sits in-between Fairfax Street, The Pithay and All Saints Street. The site covers around 0.64 acres, has 295 parking spaces, and rises up ten levels.

Director at Downing, Paul Houghton, said:Â "The site on Nelson Street is a strategic acquisition for Downing to further expand its portfolio in the South West.
