Cobham: Mundays appoints three new partners

Law firm Mundays has announced the promotion of three new

partners taking the number of partners to 27.

In the Corporate department Phil Walton is promoted to partner. Walton advises on all aspects of M&A, private equity and corporate finance transactions, and is a member of the firm's Healthcare, Logistics and Environmental sector groups. He is an expert on the acquisition and disposal of pharmacy chains, having advised on the acquisition and disposal of over 100 pharmacies in the last twelve months.

In the Residential development department James Lawrence is

promoted to partner. His area of expertise covers all areas of

residential development acting for a number of house builders with

particular emphasis on site acquisition.

“James is viewed as somebody who can take Mundays into the next

decade and his partnership is both well deserved and well earned,”

said partner Kevin Healy.

In the Family department Veronica Gilmour is promoted to partner.

She specialises in all areas of family work but with a particular

emphasis on financial settlements for high-net-worth clients.

"The family department has gone from strength to strength in recent

years. We have been recruiting significantly over the past year so that we will soon be a team of nine family specialists. I am delighted to be part of such a successful team,"she said.
