Boyes Turner advises CH&CO on Blue Apple acquisition

Thames Valley law firm Boyes Turner has advised independent caterer CH&CO on its acquisition of fellow catering company Blue Apple.
This merger comes as CH&CO continues to expand its presence in the catering market place.
Blue Apple joins CH&CO alongside its existing workplace businesses Vacherin and Gather & Gather. Blue Apple will continue to be overseen by co-founders Brian Allanson and Ruston Toms, the brand will also persevere through the acquisition.

Kate Eavis, who heads up the corporate team at Boyes Turner, conducted the transaction. She was supported by corporate solicitors Pearse Connery and Aimee Gaston, employment specialists Katie Harris, Natalie Wood, Suzanna Ghazal, commercial lawyers Jess Lee and Rohini Lad and commercial property expertise from Gemma Nelis.
