South Coast law firm Lester Aldridge has welcomed eight new trainee solicitors who have started their training contracts at the firm this week.
Jake Horsnell, Ashley Brown, Jade Hawksworth, Erin Collins, Samantha Edwards, Alice Straight, Chelsea Feeney and Hannah Gilling have started their two-year training contract.
A training contract at Lester Aldridge usually involves four six-month placements in a variety of departments, across the firm’s Bournemouth, Southampton and London offices, where trainees become fully integrated members of each team.
Matthew Barrow, managing partner at Lester Aldridge, commented: “I am delighted to welcome our new trainees to the firm. I joined Lester Aldridge as a trainee myself so know first-hand that the firm is committed to nurturing talent and helping people to progress internally. I am looking forward to working with our trainees as they begin their careers in law.”
