Berkshire's BCMS advises Audiologic on its sale to EAV Group
BCMS have advised on the sale of Essex firm, Audiologic to German EAV Group.
The audio visual business was acquired by the German firm as part of their European expansion plans.
Berkshire's BCMS is a specialist M&A advisor, helping businesses secure growth capital or a business sale. Based in Newbury BCMS’ deals record covers a wide range of sectors and deal structures in the UK and abroad.
EAV Group was founded in 2019, employs over 150 staff. The acquisition of Audiologic represents EAV’s first entry into the UK market.

Alongside BCMS, the shareholders of Audiologic were advised by Edward Lee at Blaser Mills Law.
