Pulse Cashflow Finance has announced a summary of its year-end results and it reveals continued growth as the firm gets set to celebrate a decade in business.

In the year ending September 2019, the client portfolio showed strong growth year-on-year with a 24% increase in the number of finance facilities offered to UK SMEs. An impressive growth statistic in a market where growth is subdued with overall client numbers remaining static at 40k. The results also reveal client turnover peaking at £200 million and a 34% growth in profitability as the firm takes on higher value clients while focusing on delivering a service second to none.

Having pursued an ambitious growth drive in recent years, the investment in both their sales and operational teams is paying off.

Toni Dare, managing director of Pulse Cashflow, commented: “In what is a relatively flat market, we are delighted with our performance. We have had a really strong year and we continue to see an increasing number of UK businesses looking to access flexible funding solutions. We have a passion for delivering the best solutions to our clients and focus on three core aspects of our service.

"Firstly, speed, ensuring we respond to enquiries the same day, issue credit backed offers in 24 hours and respond to client issues within one hour. Secondly, transparency in everything we do, especially our pricing where our single fixed fee ensures our clients are clear about how much they are going to pay with no hidden charges. And finally, we aim to be fair in the way we deal with our clients, ensuring we all treat our clients how we would want to be treated.”

The results come as welcome news to the firm as it looks forward to celebrating a decade in business whilst setting itself an ambitious target for the next decade. It has some exciting plans up its sleeve including investment in new products to meet their clients evolving needs whist continuing its aim to deliver a fast, flexible and transparent service.

Dare concluded: “Our achievements are a testament to our introducers who understand what we are about and what our difference is and their continued support for us. It also wouldn’t be possible without the great team here at Pulse Cashflow. Their hard work and commitment to servicing their clients has helped us build a strong reputation within the financial market. Our results over the last few years give us a great platform to start the next decade from.”
