Spratt Endicott Solicitors has promoted Pete Gardner, defended commercial recoveries manager, to an associate.  This follows the recent announcement of a number of promotions throughout the firm.

Having initially pursued a career in radio after leaving university, Gardner joined Spratt Endicott in 2004 as a legal assistant.

With the help and support of the firm, he trained for four years before qualifiying as a chartered legal executive in 2010. Heading up the defended commercial recoveries department, he works closely with both the large debt recovery and dispute resolution teams based in the Banbury office.

Speaking of his promotion, he said: “I have worked for Spratt Endicott for over 11 years now and have made steady progress throughout my time here. I am proud with what I have been able to achieve and I am proud to work for Spratt Endicott who have supported me every step of the way.”

Non-lawyer partner Martin Hughes, head of commercial recoveries, said: “Pete’s promotion is very well deserved. He’s an incredibly hard worker and a very active member of the firm.”

Spratt Endicott Solicitors has offices in Banbury, Brackley, Bicester and Buckingham, and provides a full range of legal services to both commercial and private clients.
