Law firm Brethertons has welcomed Jo Tanner as the new head of the customer relationship management team. Tanner specialises in strategic integrated marketing communications and is a customer experience specialist.
In addition to providing freelance consultation, Tanner joins Brethertons, which has offices in Banbury and Bicester, with over 15 years experience in various senior management roles at HSBC. During her time at the bank, she was responsible for the development and implementation of the European marketing strategy and the voice of the customer programme.
Sally Jones, deputy CEO and chief operating officer at Brethertons, said: “Jo brings with her a wealth of experience which will be invaluable to the firm. We look forward to working with, and supporting Jo in her new role.”
