Property finance company Atelier has provided a £5.5 million facility to assist with the purchase and refurbishment of an existing building in Bristol, to maximise the rental income potential of 36 self-contained student studios. The scheme aims to be fully let for the beginning of the 2024/5 academic year.
Matt Measures, Senior Investment Manager at Atelier, said: ""We are delighted to fund our sixth project with Rengen. This project will assist with filling the Purpose-built Student Accommodation (PBSA) shortfall in Bristol through the refurbishment of a building in a prime student location."
Rengen is based in Bath.
