Family and Child Law Solicitors, a new firm specialising in all aspects of family law, has opened at the Basepoint Centre in Andover with a helping hand from RBS.
The firm has been started by Justine Snabaitis and Siôn Williams who previously worked together at another Andover-based law firm. They specialise in every aspect of family and child law ranging from divorce, matrimonial finances, children’s cases injunctions, child protection cases involving social services, and unmarried couples disputes. Between them they have more than 20 years of experience in dealing with family cases, and they are both specialists in their fields of work.
Identifying the need for a new quality legal aid backed family law firm in Andover, the pair looked to RBS when they required funding to set up the business. Working closely with Dale Sidebottom, director of business banking at RBS, the lawyers secured funding from the bank, backed by the government’s Funding for Lending scheme.
This contributed to the start-up costs for the set up of the office and helped the firm recruit two new support staff.
