Evans Jones: Building for future growth

As the company prepares to enter its 50th year, property consultancy firm, Evans Jones have announced a new brand and growth plan for the next era in its history.

Established in 1972 by original founding partners Eric Evans and Prys Jones, the company operated as a successful and respected technical surveying and planning practice for many years.

After joining in 1990, David Jones, the now Managing Director has grown Evans Jones from a local practice to the nationwide, multi-disciplinary property consultancy it is today – operating from offices in London, Cheltenham and Reading.

With the pandemic forcing many businesses to reinvent themselves, it has been a time of reflection and refocus for many business owners.

For Evans Jones, the focus is on the future and emerging from the pandemic stronger and fitter than before and continuing its expansion into new target markets and geographic areas.

Surviving three recessions, an oil crisis and now a global pandemic, the company are stronger than ever and ready to embrace the next 50 years – and beyond.

“I was asked recently what advice I would give to my younger self – my response... be bold and always push yourself out of your comfort zone".

"This is our mantra for the business as we invest in our people, processes and technology over the next 5 years and beyond. Our new brand is really just the start and gives us a platform for further growth – so, watch this space!” - David Jones, Managing Director, Evans Jones

“Gloucestershire is a fantastic place to live, work and do business. We are hugely optimistic about the future and with the level of development planned across the county - the future is bright.”
