If a business doesn't do anything else in response to the current Coronavirus crisis, every single one should examine how it is engaging with its clients and customers, old and new. And one Worcester agency has been deploying its considerable breadth of knowledge to help them.
Customer experience marketing agency Fresh Nous, was established in 2014 by founders Laura DuPont and Celia Felgate. The team works with businesses across the UK, helping them unearth insight and get closer to the customers they serve and the prospects they want to attract.
This year Fresh Nous was shortlisted in national awards celebrating small businesses. The Small Awards, sponsored by the likes of banking giant TSB, recognise small businesses doing great things across the UK.
Fresh Nous are a marketing agency with a difference. Concentrating on the customer experience, they work with other businesses to help them get closer to their customers and develop effective processes and communications to meet their needs.
Working with clients across a range of sectors they have spent the last few months supporting them to adapt to using new marketing channels and ways of working. They’ve even won funding for additional advertising, helping them establish their presence online and to build connections with their audiences in new and innovative ways.
Friendship Day (which falls at the end of the month) is a good fit for the Fresh Nous team. Their ethos is firmly that collaboration is king and relationships with their clients are close. They build long term relationships and weather the good and the bad times with clients, providing support and going above and beyond where it’s needed.
Laura DuPont, Fresh Nous Director says: “We’re very fortunate to be able to work the way we do. Our client portfolio is so diverse and interesting. There is never a dull moment and each day brings fresh opportunities. Spending time with our clients (even virtually) is a joy.”
So with Summer 2020 looking a little different to usual the Fresh Nous team are getting ready to catch up with their clients and make sure the second half of the year is just as packed with success stories.
