Leasedrive Group, the largest independent privately-owned vehicle management group in the UK, has won the Customer Service category at the 2014 Fleet News Awards - an accolade that recognises the most successful attempts to improve customer service from any fleet supplier.

Roddy Graham of Leasedrive Group said: “Given the emphasis we place on delivering customer service excellence in everything we do, we are over the moon to win this critical acclaim.

“It is testament to the hard work each and every member of staff at our two offices in Wokingham and Birmingham puts into ensuring that all our customers are delighted with the service they receive from the Leasedrive Group.

“The whole business is aware of our customer service focus and personnel are empowered to make decisions to ensure a positive driver experience and an innovative solution. We believe the everyday actions of our staff makes our customer service stand out.

“In addition, we continually monitor our service levels and for the past three years, our customer satisfaction levels among our customers’ drivers have been above 97%, demonstrating high levels of service consistency. Quality of service delivery is a key differentiator for us.”

At the same awards both Leasedrive and Zenith were highly commended in the Leasing Company of the Year category.
