Wokingham: Boyer appoints Vanessa Rowell as senior planner

Boyer has announced that Vanessa Rowell has been appointed as a senior planner in its Wokingham office. Rowell joins from Wokingham Borough Council, where she worked in the planning team; advising primarily on strategic development and policy work.

Rowell is a chartered town planner and was on the steering group for several of the Berkshire development needs assessments including the Berkshire Strategic Housing Needs Assessment. She also has experience in preparing Proofs of Evidence and giving evidence at planning appeals on housing land supply.

Rowell will support the Wokingham planning team on a range of planning applications and site promotions in and around the Thames Valley.
