Nicola McQueen, MD of Capita Resourcing and winner of the Women in Business Awards 2016 – board level and senior executive of the year - will speak on 'profitability through gender diversity' at a briefing next month. McQueen has worked in the HR and recruitment industry for 18 years, joining Capita as a recruitment consultant in 1999. By 2010 she was appointed as managing director of Capita Resourcing where she launched new services internationally and integrated strategic acquisitions.
