James Cowper Kreston advised Winchester-based Utilita Energy on its acquisition of bvocal. The corporate finance team provided lead advisory services to Utilita Energy.

Chesterfield-based call-centre specialist bvocal, which handles calls for Utilita Energy, has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the telemarketing industry. All 325 bvocal staff – 225 at its Chesterfield HQ and a further 100 at its recently opened Sheffield centre – will become part of the Utilita group of companies. bvocal has worked with Utilita since 2014.

Nick Rogers, corporate finance partner at James Cowper Kreston, said: “We are very pleased to have provided invaluable assistance to the management team at Utilita Energy and we wish them every success in their future with bvocal.”
