Professional Services firm Deloitte is offering the local business community advice on the impending "credit crunch" at a special dinner to be held on June 19.

The dinner will take place at Lainston House near Winchester, with top professionals from the London and Southampton offices of Deloitte giving presentations, tips and informed advice on the impact of the credit crunch on Business.

A number of leading figures from top companies along the south coast have already signed up to the event, with organisers advising there are still places left but these will be limited, such has been the response.

The dinner follows a series of beneficial seminars and informative events hosted by the Southampton offices of Deloitte in the last few months, where attendees have picked up advice on the economy, the latest Budget, as well as tax laws and regulatory predictions for the financial services sector.

Simon Miles, business development manager for Deloitte in Southampton, said: “The dinner is a chance for us to enage with business leaders and continue our work to the benefit of the business community as a whole. There are many leading Managing Directors and Chief Executives attending the dinner, so I’m sure the debate will be lively and beneficial ideas flowing.”

Anyone wishing to attend the prestigious event should contact Sylvia Scott-James at sscottjames@deloitte.co.uk.
