Winchester: Baxter Confidential acquired by Restore Datashred

Restore Datashred, part of Restore plc, the largest UK-owned document management and commercial relocation providers, has acquired the secure shredding and data destruction business of Baxter Confidential.

Winchester-based Baxter Confidential has built a strong reputation within the shredding and data destruction industry in South East England and the acquisition reinforces Restore Datashred’s goal to be the market leader for confidential shredding in the UK.

Having acquired a number of businesses in the past year, including Data Solutions in August 2016, Restore Datashred absorbed many of the sites into its current depots. However, due to geographic location and transport links, Baxter’s site in Winchester will continue to be used with Restore planning future growth for the facility.
