Orbis Protect, a national property management firm, has grown its business through the acquisition of Wiltshire-based Veritas Property Management.

The owners of Veritas were advised on the sale by a team from Bristol-based law firm, TLT, led by TLT’s head of corporate Andrew Webber and supported by Henry Male, Irina Angliss and Philip Barratt.

Andrew Webber, head of corporate at TLT said: “It’s been a pleasure to work with the Veritas owners and management as the company embarks on the next stage of its significant journey of growth and development.

“We worked hand-in-hand with the team and their advisers at Momentum to provide strategic advice on the deal terms and process and are proud to have supported them in the sale to Orbis Protect.

“This is a fantastic combination and we look forward to seeing what the combined group will achieve together”.

Veritas Property Management, which was established more than 15 years ago, managed 28,000 properties for more than 700 clients at the time of the acquisition. Orbis Protect, meanwhile, boast 20 offices employing more than 400 people nationwide.
