Ward Williams Associates, the Gloucester-headquartered national property and construction consultancy, has been named as a supplier on the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services framework agreement for the second time running.

The four-year appointment sees Ward Williams secure a spot on three Lots: Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Net Zero, Environmental Consultancy & Sustainability.

Andy Snapes, Senior Partner at Ward Williams said: “We are delighted to have been reappointed to the framework agreement in recognition of the range and depth of our offering as well as the commitment of our people to delivering excellent quality work.

“In particular, we are pleased to have secured a place on the new Net Zero, Environmental Consultancy & Sustainability Lot, which reflects our aim as the world’s first B Corp chartered surveyor to influence a more sustainable built environment for people, places and the planet.

“Since our first appointment four years ago, we have supported the delivery of state-of-the-art facilities for the likes of University Hospitals Dorset, Thames Hospice Windsor, University Hospital Plymouth, and Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.

“We look forward to continuing our close working relationship with the NHS and its partners nationwide, as well as forming new connections with other public clients.”

Melissa King, Senior Category Manager - Construction and Infrastructure: “We’re excited to launch our Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services framework agreement, which replaces our successful Construction Consultancy Services 2 framework agreement. It is designed to support the NHS and wider public sector by providing high-quality, innovative and cost-effective solutions through UK-wide coverage, a unique depth of expertise and a broad range of suppliers.”
