Wallingford: Connect Catering is highest ranking contract caterer in national list

Connect Catering, based in Wallingford, is at 18th place in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For. Connect is the highest ranking contract caterer in 2017.

Connect said its appetite for training and developing every member of its team to achieve their maximum potential is fundamental to the company's success in this nationally recognised engagement survey. Connect understands that 'happy and engaged employees outperform expectations every time and deliver the best food and service'.

Kate Bendall, joint managing director, said: “We are delighted that for a sixth consecutive year Connect has achieved a placing in the top 20 – sustaining such success is a great accomplishment. It shows that our continued commitment to our training courses and support of our people is recognised.  We are constantly reviewing our processes to ensure Connect continues to get even better."

Connect Catering was established in 1989 and has 456 staff. Turnover has reached more than £14 million.
