Vodafone appoint new head of channel strategy

Kathryn Platt has been appointed lead of Vodafone’s UK channel strategy.

Ms Platt will be responsible for marketing and selling a range of mobile, fixed converged and internet of things features in the UK.

The new appointee has two decades of experience within the telecoms industry. In taking up the appointment Ms. Platt leaves behind her lead role on Vodafone’s commercial unit having initially joined the company in 2006.

The new channel lead said she “could not be more excited about this new chapter in my career at Vodafone.

“Our valued partners play a vital role in enabling us to deliver our channel strategy. I look forward to working even more closely with them, as we continue to deliver the most effective products and solutions to help their own customers drive their digital journeys successfully."
