Vail Williams appoints Surveyor to South Coast team

Oliver Hockley has been appointed to the transactional team at the South Coast offices of property consultancy Vail Williams as a surveyor.

Oliver Hockley is based in the firm’s South Coast region, at the Lakeside North Harbour business campus, Portsmouth.

Having studied a property development degree at the University of Portsmouth, Oliver went to work locally for workspace operator Fasset and property agencies LSH in Southampton and Flude in Portsmouth.

Vail Williams’ Agency team provides acquisition and disposal Agency services for investors, developers and occupiers, covering offices, industrial and logistics and retail and leisure, together with residential and commercial development and commercial property investment.

Oliver said: “Vail Williams has always had a superb reputation in the marketplace. I have always wanted to join their award-winning team for that reason.”

Oliver’s remit includes industrial and office agency for business owners, property companies, developers and investors.

Vail Williams reported record-breaking revenues of £16.86 million for 2020-21.
