Judges have chosen the finalists for the inaugural Thames Valley Property Awards. Winners of each award category will be announced at the gala awards night on May 8 at Ascot Racecourse.

The distinguished panel of judges debated the strength of each of the nominations and have decided on the following shortlist of finalists.

Awards co-chairmen David Murray and Matthew Battle said: "We had some strong entries and in a number of categories it wasn't an easy task to choose our shortlist. We are very pleased with the response to this, the first year of the Property Awards, and the event at Ascot is going to be a great night for the property sector. We believe these awards will go from strength to strength."
